The Company focus going forward is the Flushaway® line of sanitary and women’s hygiene products. 
A micro-payments business that the Company owns has not progressed since 2006 and is being reviewed.

The projected numbers are confidential for competitive reasons. The company will endeavor to disclose as much as possible without giving up its competitive advantage.

4. Will PayChest merge with Consolidated Ecoprogress?

PayChest and Consolidated Ecoprogress are two separate companies with separate management teams. At this time, there are no discussions of a merger between the two companies.

Production is in China. Flushaway® was manufactured in China since 2005 and the Company is benefiting from previous manufacturing relationships.

Production is being prepared at this time. The company has established the supply chain and tested the newest version of the Flushaway product.

Peter Coorey is the President of Paychest as of September 28, 2010.

Lawson Pillay, the previous president, left the Board of the Company on October 28, 2010.

There are no outstanding legal issues between PayChest and the SEC.

PayChest acquired the license to sell Flushaway® in most of the world territory. PayChest also acquired the exclusive license to production for the entire world for “Flushaway”.

PayChest has been funded by private sources.
